How to choose your exact piece
A useful listing lets you recognize the item you will receive and understand its size, condition, and care.
Match the selection to its photographs
For a one-of-a-kind piece, the photographs should show that individual item. If a product page offers several specimens, select one and check that the photographs and measurements change with it. Natural variation is a reason to show the difference, not to leave your choice uncertain.

Check size and condition
Read length, width, depth, and weight alongside a scale photograph. Look at the reverse and the edges, not just the most flattering face. Read disclosures about chips, pits, fractures, surface finish, treatments, and any uncertainty about identity or origin.
For jewelry, also check the confirmed metal, fastening, wearable length, and care instructions for the complete piece. A material name in an order record still needs verification before it becomes a customer promise.
Know the complete cost and service
Before payment, check the item price, shipping charge, tax, and total. Read the available delivery estimate, return conditions, and how to report damage. If an important detail is missing, contact us before choosing.
Keep the piece identifier and its care note after purchase. Our planned stone passport is a practical record of the item and its care. It is not a gemological laboratory certificate or an independent guarantee of origin.
