01 · Shipping policy

A protected earthly journey.

Checkout will show the shipping methods actually available for the destination before payment. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Processing & delivery estimates

In-stock items will ship within 5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Standard delivery is expected in 3–7 business days after carrier acceptance; express is expected in 1–3. Those delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking & address checks

A tracking email will be sent when the order leaves our care. Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if the confirmation is wrong; an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delays & returned parcels

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will offer a revised date and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If tracking stalls or a parcel returns to sender, email us so we can investigate. Additional postage may apply when a parcel returns because the supplied address was incomplete or delivery was refused.

Launch destinations & partners

Launch shipping will be limited to supported U.S. destinations. A supporting item fulfilled by a tested third-party partner will be clearly identified on its product page, may ship separately, and will show its own processing window before purchase.

02 · Return and refund policy

Thirty days to ask. Clear steps thereafter.

Contact us within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. An approved return must be postmarked within 7 days after authorization. Do not mail anything before receiving instructions and the registered business return address.

Return eligibility

An eligible item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the condition received, with its protective packaging and included parts. Email the order number, item, and reason for the request. Exact-piece crystals are eligible under the same rules unless the listing clearly stated a lawful final-sale exception.

Return shipping

The customer pays tracked return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Veil and Sage covers reasonable return shipping when we sent the wrong item or confirm damage or a defect. Original outbound shipping is not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized or altered goods, opened sealed hygiene items, and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable except where law requires otherwise. A refusal based only on natural variation is not treated as a defect when the listing clearly identified representative imagery.

Damage, loss, or the wrong item

Report visible damage or an incorrect item within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item, inner and outer packaging, and shipping label, and keep the materials while we investigate. If a one-of-one piece cannot be replaced, we will offer an appropriate refund rather than a substitute presented as the same stone.

Refund timing

We inspect an authorized return after it arrives. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post it. Veil and Sage charges no restocking fee.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or edit an order only before fulfillment begins. After that point, an eligible item follows the return process above.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that applicable law does not permit a seller to limit.

03 · Privacy policy

Your information is not an oracle's toy.

The current preview has no account, functional mailing-list enrollment, or on-site checkout. The Daily Oracle form demonstrates a future signup but does not transmit or store the address entered. Email links open the visitor's own email app. This section also explains the information used once Shopify checkout is activated.

Information we may receive

Contact and support messages; name, email, phone, billing and shipping details; order contents; transaction status; device, browser, IP, security, and basic site-use data; and preferences a visitor chooses to provide. Full payment-card details are handled by Shopify and payment providers, not stored by this custom website.

How it is used

To provide the site, process and deliver orders, communicate about a purchase, answer questions, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve service, comply with law, and send marketing only when there is a lawful basis or consent. Marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers

Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, email or support providers, hosting and security services, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. The Mysteries page also loads a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed and YouTube thumbnail images when visited. Those independent services apply their own privacy notices.

Cookies and advertising

The preview is not configured for cross-site behavioral advertising. Essential hosting, security, and future Shopify checkout functions may use cookies or similar technology. If optional analytics or advertising is added later, this policy and any required consent control will be updated first.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, dispute, fraud, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right that applies where you live. Some records may be retained when law or a legitimate business obligation requires it. Veil and Sage does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

04 · Website and sales terms

Wonder freely. Purchase deliberately.

The website-use terms below apply now. Placing an order once checkout opens also means accepting the product details, price, shipping method, and sales policies shown before payment.

Catalog, prices, and orders

Preview items are not offers for sale. A live order is accepted only after payment authorization and order confirmation. We may correct an obvious error or cancel and refund an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an address we cannot serve.

Natural materials and imagery

Crystals naturally vary in color, pattern, inclusion, shape, texture, and size. Each listing will say whether photographs show the exact piece or a representative item. Screen color and scale can also differ from physical appearance.

Lore, readings, and wellbeing

Crystal meanings, rituals, horoscopes, tarot, and oracle content are offered as tradition, opinion, reflection, and entertainment. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, predict, guarantee safety, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency help.

Ownership and acceptable use

Site text, branding, layout, original imagery, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not copy, scrape, resell, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or another person's information.

Third-party services

Shopify, YouTube, payment providers, carriers, and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not make Veil and Sage responsible for an independent service's content, availability, or conduct.

Availability and limits

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veil and Sage is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
