A protected journey
Crystals vary in hardness, cleavage, points, and weight. Packing will be sized to the individual order, with fragile pieces separated and movement limited in transit.
Material with purpose
We favor right-sized, paper-forward presentation where practical, while keeping the protection of sharp, delicate, or heavy specimens the first priority.
Care travels with the stone
Item descriptions will include practical handling and care notes whenever a mineral is sensitive to impact, moisture, prolonged sunlight, heat, or common cleaning methods.

Premium presentation begins with plain dealing. These standards will guide every product page as the real catalog comes online.
Sourcing
We will share available origin and supplier information without inventing a mine, locality, artisan, or ethical certification we cannot verify.
Identity & authenticity
Mineral names will be checked against supplier information and observable traits. If identity remains uncertain, the listing will say so rather than turn uncertainty into a guarantee.
Treatments & enhancements
Known heat treatment, dye, coating, stabilization, reconstitution, synthetic origin, or other material enhancement will be stated in the product description.
Exact piece or representative
Listings will tell you whether the photograph shows the exact one-of-one specimen or a representative piece with natural variation in color, pattern, shape, and size.
Returns & order support
The launch return policy is written in plain language.
The working policy provides a 30-day request window, clear condition requirements, damage reporting, and refund timing. Our public, non-residential business mailbox is listed in the final policy. Contact us before mailing a return so it can be authorized and correctly identified.

Can I place an order today?
No. This is a public preview, not live inventory. Orders and checkout are disabled until inspected products, policies, payments, shipping, and Shopify publication are verified.
Will I receive the exact crystal shown?
Each future listing will show the exact piece or individually selectable specimen. Its photographs and measurements will belong to that selection.
What will “moon charged” mean here?
The phrase describes a symbolic personal practice. Our optional educational guide does not offer a moon-charge program or promise a physical change to a mineral.
Do you claim crystals heal illness?
No. Geological facts, historical context, spiritual tradition, and opinions presented in The Amazing Formation's oracle-character voice are kept distinct. Crystal lore is offered for reflection and entertainment, not diagnosis or treatment.
When is standard shipping free?
The configured Shopify rate structure provides free standard shipping for eligible orders of $70 or more. Final methods and availability will appear before payment after checkout activation.
